​​Sharpening your competitive edge and investing in your company’s future, O-AMP allows small- and medium-sized automotive supply companies to receive up to $150,000.
Competing in today’s fast-changing marketplace requires continual investment in your operations and your people.
The Ontario Automotive Modernization Program (O-AMP) is a partnership with small- and medium- sized automotive parts suppliers in Ontario. The goal is to help modernize Ontario’s automotive supply chain to make it more competitive and responsive to the changing needs of its customers.
Matching your investment dollar for dollar O-AMP allows small- and medium-sized automotive supply companies to apply to receive up to $150,000 to help cover up to 50% of eligible project costs. Projects can be up to two years in duration.
Companies are eligible to re-apply for different projects, provided that the previous O-AMP project has been successfully completed. Projects can include hardware and software upgrades, technology-related training or finding efficiencies in how you produce your product or service.

Lean Manufacturing
Improving operational efficiency and competitiveness by adopting lean manufacturing techniques and hiring the services of a mentor/consultant to help with lean implementation
