The U.S. Supreme Court struck down U.S. President Donald Trump’s far-reaching global tariffs on Friday, handing him a stinging loss on an issue crucial to his economic agenda. Seeing the ruling as “important for the rule of law,” APMA President Flavio Volpe said that “It’s really important to see that the Supreme Court will rule against the president even when he overreaches.”
