President of the Automotive Part Manufacturers’ Association Flavio Volpe criticized the automaker’s move. “Hundreds of millions of dollars in Canadian parts suppliers’ investments have been casually kicked aside without notice by this cowardly decision by Stellantis,” Volpe posted to social media.
