Flavio Volpe appears in studio to discuss the impact Canada-U.S. trade tensions have had on manufacturing sectors. On CUSMA, he points out that “The deeper you go into the data the more you’ll see how integrated we are to their benefit.” He argues that Canada is an important partner for the U.S. auto industry, as “$26 billion worth of U.S. auto parts were brought into Canada to be put into cars.”
