Canada’s plan to allow more Chinese-made EV imports is raising concerns about U.S. trade talks, even as Ottawa pursues diversification. APMA President Flavio Volpe said Chinese entrants must compete on equal terms, noting partners will have to “grind it out like everybody else.”
