Flavio Volpe, president of the Automotive Parts Manufacturers' Association, commented that “Hundreds of millions of dollars in the Canadian supply base have been kicked aside.” He said Canada must push back hard against Stellantis’s move or take the risk that other automakers in Canada will make similar moves.
