Canada must come ‘second’ to U.S. in auto sector, Howard Lutnick warns behind closed doors

Flavio Volpe, president of the Auto Parts Manufacturers Association, said Canada must hold its ground to safeguard its auto industry if Trump and Lutnick are saying they see cars being manufactured only in the U.S.  Canada should not give up just “because they’re asking for it.”
