Flavio Volpe said that since 2019, “the USTR’s own numbers” show U.S. content in Canada-made vehicles has risen to “about 50 per cent” from 38 per cent under the USMCA. “So, it’s a great opportunity for me to show in the data that there’s been tremendous benefit to the U.S. in this partnership,” Volpe said.
