Some of the feedback from participating facilities:

"Your report highlighted many areas of low hanging fruit where savings can be found with little or no capital investment."

"As we look for ways to become more competitive in the quickly changing business environment we must take full advantage of all of the resources made available and appreciate the APMA's participation in these types of activities."

"I would recommend that all manufacturing facilities get involved with this type of activity so that they can work with someone ... to ensure they are headed in the right direction in regards to power consumption, conservation and savings."

The APMA is also able to provide co-op students this summer to help complete energy inventories and assessments for a nominal fee, if not free, depending on your plant location and desired assessment scope. Click here for more information on the student program.

Please contact Peter Corbyn at pcorbyn@apma.ca for more information about this program and the availability of co-op students this summer.

Also, please join us at the APMA Environment and Energy Conference on March 31 at the Linamar Training Centre in Guelph.
